How to get an appointment
Registered patients book routine appointments in the Pippo app (search for Ardee Family Practice and register with the mobile number and date of birth the practice holds); children can be added as dependants. For urgent or same-day problems phone reception on 041 685 3205.
New patients
Not currently accepting new patients. An online form puts you on the waiting list; submitting it is not acceptance, and the practice contacts you if a place opens.
Out of hours
North East Doctor On Call (NEDOC) on 1800 777 911 at night, weekends and bank holidays. Call 999 in a genuine emergency, including chest pain or severe shortness of breath.
Medical card and GP visit card
Medical card and GP visit card holders pay nothing for consultations, nurse visits, ECG, blood pressure monitoring and prescriptions; they pay 20 euro for blood tests and for forms, and the full fee for driving medicals and power of attorney reports.
