- How to get an appointment
- Phone the surgery for an urgent appointment. Non-urgent appointments can be requested through the Maryborough Family Practice app or the request form on the website. Reception asks the reason for the visit so you are booked with the right clinician.
- New patients
- Taking on new GMS and private patients from September 2026. Phone reception or call in to book a registration appointment.
- Out of hours
- MIDOC, 1800 302 702, by appointment only. Call 999 or 112 in an emergency.
- Medical card and GP visit card
- Accepts GMS patients and provides the Under 8 GP care scheme. Some blood tests are free to GMS and GP visit card patients under the Chronic Disease Management programme.
- Repeat prescriptions
- Allow three working days. Order through the website form, the practice app or by phone. Non-regular medicines such as antibiotics or sleeping tablets are not issued this way.
