Appointments
- How to get an appointment
- All visits are by appointment, booked by phoning reception; calls are triaged to prioritise urgent cases, which are seen the same day. Standard slots are 10 minutes, so ask for a longer slot for complex issues and mention any specific service (medicals, cryotherapy, immunisations) when booking. Non-urgent callers are asked to avoid the peak times of 09:00 to 10:00 and 14:30 to 15:30. Flu and Covid vaccine clinics can be booked online.
- New patients
- New private, medical card and GP visit card patients living in the practice area are welcome. Phone the surgery to register; forms are completed in person or sent by email, and a check-up appointment may follow, especially for patients on regular medication.
- Out of hours
- SouthDoc on 0818 355 999, located on the ground floor of the same primary care centre. When the surgery is closed at lunchtime or during the day, phone the surgery to hear the number of the doctor on call.
- Medical card and GP visit card
- Medical card and GP visit card patients are accepted. Not all services are covered by the cards, and letters, forms and non-social-welfare documents carry an administrative charge.
- Online booking
- Book online (Book adult flu and Covid vaccine clinic)
