- All consultations are by appointment only, booked by phoning reception. Patients with more than one issue should book a double appointment. Urgent cases are seen on the day where possible, without a choice of doctor or time. Cancellations more than 24 hours ahead can be sent through a form on the website; closer than that, phone the surgery.

- The services listed on the website are for the practice's own registered patients only.

- Caredoc, 0818 300 365. For emergencies during the lunch break (12:30 to 14:00) or between 16:30 and 18:00 on weekdays, ring 087-1728800. For life threatening emergencies call 999 or 112.
