- How to get an appointment
- Phone the surgery for urgent requests. Current patients can request a non-urgent appointment at least two days ahead through the website form, choosing a doctor or nurse; confirmation comes by email. Appointment times are 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:30 to 17:00, and blood tests are done before 11:00.

- Prospective patients fill in the new patient form on the website with PPS number, medical history, previous GP and pharmacy, and the practice gets in touch.
