Funding
The site explains the Nursing Homes Support Scheme (Fair Deal), under which the resident pays a contribution and the HSE pays the balance, and sets out the care needs assessment, financial assessment and optional Nursing Home Loan steps. The administrator, Grainne O'Regan, guides families through the Fair Deal application.
Rooms and facilities
90 en-suite bedrooms with satellite TV in every room and wifi. Shared spaces include a day room, dining room, activities room, oratory, hair salon, landscaped garden and bowling green, and there are nurse call bells throughout.
Medical and therapy services

A chartered physiotherapist is on site five days a week, and nursing staff arrange occupational therapy, dietitian and chiropody visits as needed.
